Incredible Speckled Trout Fishing! Feb 4th 2019
Its Feb 4th, 2019. After a couple days of cold weather we had a nice break. Temps in the low 70's and a decent tide means I'm going fishing. This was a spectacular couple hours of Speckled Trout Fishing. It was almost non-stop action and it made editing this video really easy because a lot of it was continuous footage. Very disappointing I didn't find any Red fish but this was the only day of fishing I had so far this year where I didn't catch any Reds.
If anyone is ever wondering why I fish a lot this time of year the answer is simple: I like to wear long pants(jeans), sneakers and a long sleeve shirt while I fish. It just feels great and dignified on every level. We only get a few months of low humidity here in Florida, from April to October You sweat the entire day and because of the power of the sun we have to mostly covered up anyway and its like a sauna. So in the cooler months I try to fish so much that I don't mind taking a few months off in the summer. Anyway, I have a lot of videos coming soon, expect one each week for a while!
