Shipping Information
The Ultraskiff is packaged, palletized and shipped on a full size truck via common carrier LTL freight. Due to unusually high-demand, Ultraskiffs will generally ship out in about 1-2 weeks and transit times are anywhere from 2-5 business days. Because the Ultraskiff is distributed by Pond King, Inc, all email confirmations and shipping information will come from marketing@pondking.com.
Residential Delivery: All online purchases come with residential freight service that includes Lift Gate and Call ahead delivery appointment service. Home freight deliveries can only be done during working hours M-F. It is very important that you provide us with your best contact phone number and your primary email address with your order so that the freight carrier can call to schedule delivery and we can send you a tracking # for your shipment.

If our product has any defect which effects the performance or safety of the watercraft we will return or replace your product cost-free. 15 day general return policy as long as the boat is in new and unused condition while still palatalized in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for shipping costs. A small scratch somewhere or blemish is possible and is a natural result of the molding process and does not constitute a reason for return.
