The "Angler" 360 First Original Round Boat Prototype Video

This is the never published until 2016 video of Jeff Lizzio testing and demonstrating his very first home-made  prototype of his modernized round boat concept called the "Angler" 360 watercraft.  This was the very first video of the Ultraskiff concept ever made.
